Holiday Front Door Decor is one of my favorite parts of decorating for Christmas. Our home is fairly traditional, so I keep with the theme of our home when I decorate the exterior.
You can see all the details on my Holiday Front Door Decor here and see how the same space looks during the summer months here.
If you are here from visiting Heather at Southern State of Mind, welcome!

I have used this same decor for my exterior for several years, and it has held up so well with our harsh Indiana winters.

I love the simplicity of the greenery with the red berries. It is simple but festive and very welcoming.

A little snowfall is just icing on the cake for the front door.
Everything lights up at night (which unfortunately is a little after five here), and it adds such a fun ambience to my front door.

I have battery powered candles in the lanterns, and it is one of my favorite details of our holiday decor.

It looks perfect, Sara! How did you order that snow on demand?? Love it!
Well, I cheated and used pics from last year! My front door looks the exact same this year, but without the snow…
I just love that lights on the door, it’s really awesome decoration and the snowfall was giving a final touch it was really breathtaking. Great style and amazing pics. Thank for the share .
It’s beautiful, Sara! How did you manage snow and a well-behaved cat in your photos, though? Well played! Thanks for touring with us again this year. XO
Your home is beautiful and timeless! I love porch decor that lights up, it’s so much more welcoming!
Hi Sara!
I am originally from Indiana but have lived in California for over 30 years. We just had friends from Carmel visiting recently. Your porch looks lovely and so festive! What part of Indiana are you from?
Hi Cindy! We used to live in Westfield (which is straight north of Carmel), but we now live in Pendleton – which is northeast of Indianapolis.
What a beautiful porch! I love the classic feel, it’s so elegant! And the snow could not be more perfect!
I can only hope we get some snow this holiday season.. your front entrance is so beautiful and classic. enjoy the holiday season.
Such a beautiful snowy entrance! Living in the south, I’m quite envious! Merry Christmas!
