I love making sugared cranberries every holiday season. They are easy, delicious, and so festive, and I’m sharing how we make sugared cranberries with our smart fridge (although you don’t need a smart fridge to make these, it does make it more fun)!

For sugared cranberries, you only need three ingredients:
How to Make Sugared Cranberries:
To begin, we rinsed two bags of cranberries.
Next, bring the sugar and water to a boil for several minutes.
Add the cranberries to the sugar water.
Be sure to completely cover all the cranberries in the mixture.
Put the cranberries on a cooling rack to dry (around an hour). Adding wax paper under the rack to helps with the mess.
Once the cranberries are sticky, you can add the sugar coating (it’s easiest to mix in a bowl and then return to the drying rack).
Now you have delicious sugared cranberries to eat and/or use as holiday decor! My favorite trick with sugared cranberries is to dress up a store-bought cake with them.
